In recent years, I've conducted a multitude of field interviews, surveys, and UX benchmarks for various clients. Within the user research process, I've organized user interviews, conducted comprehensive surveys, and assessed competitive and alternative user interfaces/experiences.
With more than 15 years of involvement in design thinking and product design, I have collaborated extensively with various UX elements including user-centered design approaches, design thinking process, personas, mapping user journeys, creating user flows, designing wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and ensuring the product is 508 Compliant.
I possess substantial familiarity with prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Balsamiq. Furthermore, I am skilled in both wireframing and developing high-fidelity prototypes. I have executed various usability tests and possess a meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, I am adept at utilizing Whiteboard for facilitating user interviews.
